For orders of less than 100 units, equipment faults or damages due to non-human factors are covered under free repair or replacement by Jingxin, covering shipping costs and Chinese tariffs.

For orders exceeding 100 units, Guangzhou Jingxin Technology Co., Ltd. will provide a 1% free spare products for quick replacement in cases where certain products are not functioning.

Defective products beyond the 1% spare products will be repaired or replaced for free by Jingxin Technology, covering shipping costs and Chinese tariffs.

For damages caused by human factors within the warranty period, Guangzhou Jingxin Technology Co., Ltd. offers paid repairs, with shipping costs and tariffs borne by the customer.

A 2-year warranty is provided for all barcode scanner engines/modules, while other products are covered by a 12-month warranty.

Outside the warranty period, we offer spare parts and chargeable replacement repair services.
